Summary	04099: 20pacgal, 25pacman: MsPacman gives "Stuck IRQ" upon load, Pacman 25th black screen load.
Description	Ms. Pacman/Galaga 20th and Pacman 25th anniversary editions will not load in MAME64 & MAMEUI64. MS. Pacman/Galaga stops with STUCK IRQ while Pacman is black screen. No sounds
Steps To Reproduce	Just by exiting the game and restaarting
Additional Information	tried both command line, UI32 & UI64.

Before posting another bug in the future, it is important to make sure it already has not been reported by searching for the game or the driver in our database.
