Summary 04212: mp_sor2: Wrong buttons layout
Description On the original Megadrive / Genesis version, button are mapped as follows:
A = special moves, B = punch, C = jump
On MAME the layout is different:
A = punch, B = jump, C = special moves

Is the input layout in MAME correct? It seems strange that the order was changed in the arcade version, SoR2 is the only Mega Play game that shows this difference.

it cannot be the unique game to have the wrong button layout. all the games use the same inputs, so either all games have switched A <-> C, or none

This is not a bug. Attached the snap from the output from the set when it details what the buttons do.
