Summary	04214: grobda, motos, phozon: No directional controls available for second player
Description	All games do not allow for second player directional control. Some games, like Motos, the problem is observable by entering test mode and the sound test and watching how the sound number is changing without touching anything.
Steps To Reproduce	- Start an game listed in bug - Set Cocktail, reset and start a 2 player game - When the second player is up, you will not be able to move your player.
