My original arcade machine plays longer scenes with this dip set to off. This is also stated in the dips description of the PDF manual, just read it. |

I confirmed in MAME, when Short Scenes is On, it plays extra movie scenes. The switch position is On. According to the manual, when the switch 18 is ON, Play Short is YES. And when it is OFF, Play Short is NO. |

Fixed for cliffhgr, cliffhgra doesn't have that dip-switch. |
