Description	GUI dipswitch menu shows an empty box underneath, on drivers that don't have dip-locations implemented. It's a simple aesthetic bug, functionality is not affected.
Steps To Reproduce	run any game that doesn't have dip locations (mame pacman), and go to dip menu
