| Summary | 04665: tgmj: Palette corruption | ||||
| Description | Bright palette indices in one of the attract mode backgrounds are incorrect. See PCB capture screenshot of how it should be. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | |||||
| Additional Information | The PCB capture colours are slightly oversaturated; this is unrelated to MAME. Also, I didn't capture the exact same frame (in my PCB capture, the tetromino was just locking, in the MAME screenshot the tetromino has locked) -- also unrelated to the issue. | ||||

Seems like one of the files in this ROM set may need a redump. Most especially because I can see that the lighting on the background does not render correctly. |

Before anyone gets the idea marking roms as bad, I really doubt it's a ROM dump issue. |

So the incorrect background rendering is because of inaccuracies in emulating the PSX GPU, isn't it? It looks more like a graphics issue to me than a color issue. |

it is a little odd that the rest of the rendering on lower lines / to the right of the effect seems to be getting shifted around, even not in the affected area, although the glitches I see running it myself don't quite match the screenshots? PSX rendering does have plenty of inaccuracies though. |
