Summary	00476: kiwame: [possible] Coin B free play dip has no effect.
Description	I'm 90% sure it's a real bug in game, but I'll look into it some more. Coin B free play dip has no effect. I made a cheat for it that fixed this bug: :kiwame:20000018:0130ED:00000001:00000000:Fix coin b free play Also, if the flip screen dip is set, you can't start the game. No idea if this is also a real bug.
