Description |
Attract mode sequence shows glitches due to palette not being written at some occasions. Possibly, it happens in-game as well; I haven't played it much. This regression was done on purpose. In previous versions, the game ran twice as fast (2 irq per frame instead of 1). This is analogous to underclocking the cpu from 3mhz to 1.5mhz, which would fix the palette problem as well. This is not the right way to fix the issue. |
