Description	The Real Time Clock no longer auto-sets and in many cases causes emulation to halt waiting for this information Observed sets .. might actually be more than this: cafetime (no longer autosets clock) - royalmah.c dtoyoken, funkyfig, hanakanz, hginga, hgokbang, hgokou, janshinp, jongtei, mjdchuka, mjflove, mjmyornt mjmyster, mjmyuniv, mjmywrld, mjreach1, quizchq, quizchql, seljan2, sryudens - ddenlovr.c tenkai, tenkaibb, tenkaicb, tenkaie - dynax.c
