Added Hyper Athlete manual in order to check if attract mode sound exists. It is in japanese because the game was only edited in that region. |

Removing reference to #07184: looks like a different issue altogether. Note that game sound options currently defaults to sound volume = 00 (silent) & sound in attract mode = all the time, which can't possibly work out (default for volume should be 20). |

As of build e65be1e: In nagano98, you have to adjust the volume to a higher level (I set it to 20) in the game's service mode sound settings so that the attract mode can have sound. As for hyperath, there is no way to set attract mode sound in the service menu. |
