Summary	05687: namcos23.c: SUB READY WAIT-SUB WAIT TIME - freeze
Description	game starts with various routine tests,then it hangs at a black screen showing the SUB READY WAIT-SUB WAIT TIME 0004801 message,with a counter stopping and freezeing the game.the emulator runs and works normally though maybe there's a way\hack to skip tis test and going straight to the game?
Steps To Reproduce	Just run the game and wait for the (unavaidoable)test to fiisg

In fact, none of the games in the driver work to a point where they are not flagged as NOT WORKING and you don't see a RED SCREEN when you start the emulation. When flagged, Devs know it isn't working and short of major regression (i.e MAME crash), there is no point in reporting any bugs for this driver. Panic Park or clones do not work. In fact, none of the games in the driver work to a point where they are not flagged as NOT WORKING and you don't see a RED SCREEN when you start the emulation.

When flagged, Devs know it isn't working and short of major regression (i.e MAME crash), there is no point in reporting any bugs for this driver.
