| Description |
The labels for the "Bonus Turn" settings in pepper2 and pepper27 do not match the actual values. It looks like the current labels were modeled after the 1st Edition of the Pepper II Operation and Service Manual. The 1st Edition manual and MAME list the Bonus values as: 40000, 50000, 60000, and 70000. When playing a game, the following Bonus settings are observed: -Setting 40000 awards Bonus Turns at 40000 and 80000. -Setting 50000 awards Bonus Turns at 50000 and 100000. -Setting 60000 awards Bonus Turns at 70000 and 140000. -Setting 70000 awards Bonus Turns at 90000 and 180000. The actual award values match the 2nd Edition of the Operation and Service Manual. |
