Summary	05940: harddriv: Wrong release year for parent set of Hard Drivin'
Description	I was sorting the Atari games list by release year and saw that Hard Drivin' appeared as the newest working game on the list. I saw the year for the parent set is 1999, which can't be right since the game has a copyright year of 1988.
