Summary	06021: nbbatman, bbatmanu: Effects in Ninja Baseball Batman flicker and display incorrectly
Description	During the attract mode, the title screen's shadows flicker irregularly, and the shadow bending effect doesn't display correctly. The map that flips into view at the beginning of each stage is also incorrect. See the Youtube video from a real PCB for the correct behavior.

No.11994 Tafoid Administrator Aug 30, 2015, 00:23	As we have as policy, those games with known issues and are flagged (yeah, those OK nag screens) are not eligible for reporting unless there was a major regression in video (loss of screen, missing sprites) when they used to be emulated fine. In this case, since it is reference material detailing supposedly the original PCB's behavior, I'll acknowledge.
