Summary	06177: dendego, dendego2: Densha De Go games don't display w/ HLSL enabled.
Description	Densha De Go 1 and 2 do not display when HLSL is used.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Enable HLSL. 2. Launch Densha De Go 3. Observe black screen. 4. Toggle off HLSL w/ ctrl-F5, graphics show.

I also checked current GIT and I did not experience any issues. Can anyone else confirm? Are you using default setting for HLSL or perhaps one of your settings might be causing your black screen?
