Summary	06234: mscoutm, imekura, mjegolf: Incorrect inputs in some mahjong games
Description	Inputs are duplicated in sets of 4 in affected games, for example: A,B,C,D = A E,F,G,H = E I,J,K,L = I M,N,pon,chi = M kan,reach,ron = kan Games unplayable as a result.
Steps To Reproduce	Easiest way to see problem is to enter test mode and just press buttons.
