Summary	06418: Color sets in 8080bw: No picture for second player in cocktail mode.
Description	There is no picture for Player 2 when playing a 2-player game in cocktail mode on a game using the multi-colored overlay, such as sicv or invadpt2 (there is only a picture when Player 1 is up).
Steps To Reproduce	1. Launch a game using the 8080bw driver that features the multi-colored overlay, such as sicv or invadpt2. 2. Set the game to cocktail mode (the switch is found under "Machine Configuration" instead of "Dip Switches" in games using the 8080bw driver). 3. Start a 2-player game. When it is Player 2's turn, there is nothing but a blank screen, but the audio is still present.
Additional Information	The picture reappears when it is Player 1's turn again.
