Still ocurring in mame 0.213
Tested in mame 0.72 (when this issue was opened) and in mame 0.68 (mentioned regression). Behaviour is exactly the same in both versions, so the mentioned regression is not true. Removing then. This game was added to mame in 0.68, so there's no regression version.

In all mame versions you can reload by pushing shoot button twice very quickly, no matter if you're out of the screen or inside... but it also reloads randomly in many shoots, no matter if you double-shoot fastly or not. This behaviour affects gameplay, obviously. It is not present in the original pcb:

As seen in the video, you can only reload by shooting one time outside of the screen. This is different in MAME.
To sum up, there are two issues here:
1) No reload when shooting out of the screen.
2) Reloading ocurrs randomly or requires to double-shoot fastly.

Now I've tested the game using an AIMTRAK GUN. The behaviour is completely different:
1) The reloading issue when shooting inside the screen NEVER happens !! (this is great)
2) Reloading WORKS when shooting out of the screen! It requires to do a fast double shoot and it is not perfectly accurate. Sometimes it does regular shoots instead of reloading. I would say 85% of the times shooting twice fastly offscreen does a RELOAD, which is almost correct....

Anyway, on the arcade pcb, only one offscreen shoot is neccesary to reload, instead of two shoots.
