Summary	00066: [debug] Debug build interface error.
Description	If you click on the icon of the debug window (upper left corner) the system menu appears and it says "Close ALT+F4", but ALT+F4 doesn't work to close the window. Updated by Firewave in 0.117: There is a source comment about this in debugwin.c: /* ajg - never gets here since 'alt' seems to be captured somewhere else - menu maybe? */
