Summary MESS-specific 06642: arcadia and all clones: Background colour incorrect with some cartridges
Description Few cartridges of Arcadia 2001 console (and clones) show wrong background colours (sprites look right to me).
This is especially visible with both versions of Jump Bug.
Steps To Reproduce mame arcadia -cart jumpbug.zip

1. When the system boots up you'll see the foreground is yellow (shoud be black).
2. If you wait some time, you'll see that the lower part of the screen starts cycling through different colours: this is right, but should happen to all the background
3. Press F5 to start a new game (you'll notice the background will briefly change to black before turning back to yellow)
Additional Information Just in case, WinArcadia shows the background colour right. Source code is freely available:

I'm not claiming MAME's color emulation is correct or not but when expressing something is wrong, it is always best to reference recordings from original hardware or screenshots (when available) rather than another emulator.
