Summary	06652: qgakumon: Slow transitions
Description	Some screens have very slow speed translitions. Example is attract mode "to use only in Japan" screen but there are even more through the game itself.
Steps To Reproduce	Run the game in attract until the disclaimer screen (with school background) shows up.
