Summary	06687: amerdart: Crashes/resets when attempting to select CRT related items in service mode
Description	In AmeriDarts when attempting to select either CRT test items causes unexpected results: 1. Selecting "Color Items" causes MAME to straight crash out without a stack dump; 2. Selecting "Screen Size" causes a game reset;
Steps To Reproduce	* Wait until title screen appears; * Press F2; * Select "Setup Cabinet" via trackball directions, confirm with button 1; * Select either "color bars" or "screen size";
