Summary 06883: bmiidx, bmiidxa, bmiidxc, bmiidxca: DVD init fails with E600 error
Description While other IIDX titles pass DVD check, the 1st Style (and Club Version equivalent) fails to start with E600 DVD init error.

What part of the red warning screen wasn't clear enough?

We're always looking for ways to improve the messages MAME uses to convey information about non-working games to the user as it's a vital function of the software. In this instance clearly there must have been some misunderstanding, so I'm wondering how that message could be improved / made clearer as to avoid false bug reports like this one.
