Summary	06919: blktiger: After finishing the game, you can't insert a coin with the keys assigned to coin 1 and 2
Description	Finished the game and after entering the name initials, no coin can be inserted using coin 1 and 2 keys. If we die in the game, the game allows us to insert coin and continue. Maybe it happens in real pcb? However, we can insert a coin using the service 1 key...
Steps To Reproduce	Just try to insert coin after finishing the game once using the keys (usually 5 or 6).
Additional Information	Provided a save state so you don't have to pass through the entire game :)
