Summary 06945: srumbler, srumbler2, srumbler3, rushcrsh: The music BGM looks a bit slow and/or out of sync
Description This is very noticiable in the game, principally in the start (when all are taken hostages), this problem exist various years ago

The possible are:

Out of sync
BGM and sounds with incorrect clockspeed
The cpu has wrong sync and incorrect clocks

PS: This behavour is not present in PS3 version (capcom arcade cabinet)

Find a solution "patch"

The fps limit sets to 56.500 and the game fix all the problems with the timming in the game

Music pitch and tempo matches MAME.
Overclocking the maincpu in MAME has no effect on music sync, clearing maincpu vblank IRQ at vblank end has no effect either.
So the most likely cause is incorrect screen refresh rate.
