Sometimes game have flickering or misplaced sprites.
The typical example is rightmost enemy in first bonus stage (see attached snap).
I don't think the game was this bad back in 0.106, pretty sure it's a regression.

save states can work up to a particular version.
They are pointless as developer standpoint after a few cycles (cause save format changes etc.)
Also reaching first bonus stage is honestly trivial for anybody.

Fixed in mame 0.204
Added a savestate for mame 0.205, so admins/developers can check faster the issue is solved.
