Description | The campaign mode and tumo pinfu aren't present in the MAME dipswitches version, and some aren't corresponding correctly (the demo sounds for example). Most of the dipswitches in the MAME version aren't even in the service mode! | ||||

The issue isn't that the dipswitches are missing in MAME, it's that the test menu in the game is entirely incorrect and seems to be unfinished / leftover from something else. MAME documents the actual functions of the dipswitches correctly, no action is required. If there's another version of the game which uses the displayed dipswitches instead it isn't dumped, but I think it's more likely there will be a revision where the test mode has been corrected unless the game was just rushed out the door and never fixed. incorrect / incomplete test mode displays aren't uncommon, but usually apply to low budget Korean releases and prototypes, that's why everything should always be verified against actual game behaviour, not what the screen tells you. |
