Summary 07062: sf2cems6b sf2cems6c: Pressing 1P/2P start during match massively dims screen
Description Pressing 1P/2P start during match massively dims screen. This cycles through characters on these bootleg sets (sf2cems6b sf2cems6c) but shouldn't be having this strange "dimming" issue.
Steps To Reproduce Press 1P/2P during a match.

While I can confirm your reported behavior and it does seem like a negative visual effect of switching characters, It will have to be determined if the real hardware using these sets also exhibited this behavior.

Confirming for now.

I submitted the source for these sets, can confirm it does happen on real h/w. Unfortunately both boards are currently not working so can't provide video evidence. Also, during a fight in attract mode, the cpu may randomly swap characters and the same thing happens. Looks like this is a bug introduced by the bootleggers hack, I guess they just didn't care!
