Summary	07206: hasamu: Player 2 screen graphics are bugged
Description	Player 2 screen graphics are bugged Screen looks to be offset to the right. The game is marked in yellow, with OK graphics. Only screen flipping in cocktail mode is considered to be imperfect.
Steps To Reproduce	-Start a 2 player game -On player 2 turn, the screen is bugged

No.16044 MetalGod Senior Tester Jan 17, 2019, 19:34	Tested on mame 0.140 and 0.58 The issue was also there by then. It seems there's no regression version.
