Summary 07254: NETLIST: Running any machine using netlist components back to back from UI will cause Fatal error
Description Running any machine using Discrete back to back from UI will cause Fatal error
Steps To Reproduce > mame64
> Start PONG
> TAB - Select New Machine
> Start 1942

Of course, any machines using netlist will trigger this.
Additional Information This was fixed hours after the code freeze for 0.207 happened, but it was not detected until after release was made.
