|Summary||07274: maciici: Sound breaks/disappears when played several channels at once.|
|Description||The sounds simply disappears when playing several channels at once. The bug is very easy to reproduce in example with the game Prince of Persia. Just go in the first level to any room where sound is produced (falling plates or doors) and the sound simply mutes by itself.|
|Steps To Reproduce||
Start the game Prince of Persia and wander around the first level.
It can be reproduced in many other games and even some applications. For example in any of the games in the Microsoft Arcade pack - Asteroids, Centipede etc..
|Additional Information||This behavior is present since the early stages of the driver.|

Nothing can be done until VIA6522 emulation is rewritten/completed. As a result all MAC drivers are sent to MACHINE_NOT_WORKING (MNW).
I've acknowledged the bug for later reference but no more bugs need to be reported for these drivers or any machines marked NOT WORKING unless heavy regression is detected.
