Unable to load a cassette that was created by MAME
No problem with tapes sourced from other places

10 PRINT 12345
Create a new tape, set to record
When it's finished, unmount the tape and quit MAME.
Mount the tape created above
It says WAITING forever, ignoring the tape.
Not tested with other systems in this driver, but they are probably affected too.
Need to know the commit that caused this issue.

Issue Traced to April 30th, 2019:
Was able to create .wav tape, csave a program and cload it back with that binary (0430)
(0501) I could not reload via cload

This means that it's likely all recordings made prior to today will be limited to loading on MAME prior to 0.210.
Changed polarity of recorded signal to match the commit found by Tafoid.
