Summary	07360: vz200: Unable to load a cassette that was created by MAME
Description	Unable to load a cassette that was created by MAME No problem with tapes sourced from other places
Steps To Reproduce	Start VZ-200. 10 PRINT 12345 Create a new tape, set to record CSAVE When it's finished, unmount the tape and quit MAME. Start VZ-200 CLOAD Mount the tape created above It says WAITING forever, ignoring the tape.
Additional Information	Not tested with other systems in this driver, but they are probably affected too. Need to know the commit that caused this issue.

No.16542 Robbbert Senior Tester Jun 14, 2019, 07:52	This means that it's likely all recordings made prior to today will be limited to loading on MAME prior to 0.210. Changed polarity of recorded signal to match the commit found by Tafoid.
