Summary	07598: Internal mouse cursor only shown on 1st screen with -numscreens 2
Description	The internal mouse cursor is only shown on the 1st screen with -numscreens 2 (in windowed mode), when hovering the mouse over the 2nd screen. This applies to both the orange mouse cursor for clickable artwork, and the UI.
Steps To Reproduce	example 1) mame ridgerac -numscreens 2 -window - press Tab for UI menu popup - hover mouse over 2nd screen, it appears you can click and activate the UI from here example 2) mame tascr30 -numscreens 2 -window - optionally, set different view options for screen (eg. board on one, cpanel on other) - hover mouse over 2nd screen, internal orange 'clickable artwork' cursor will show up on 1st screen. Mouse clicks still work as expected though.
