Summary	07657: selz80, dagz80: keyboard auto-repeats when it shouldn't, making the machine impossible to use
Description	When up-arrow pressed (see Steps to Reproduce), the address rapidly increases.
Steps To Reproduce	Start selz80 or dagz80 Press - Press = Press up-arrow to increment the address. It should increment by 1, even if you hold the key down.
Additional Information	Appears to be caused, I think, by recent changes to the i8279 device in February.
