Summary 07702: blockgal: Tilemap issues during 2nd player's game session.
Description Background tilemap has heavy disposition to the right and up side, and score number is not dispayed. But when 1st player's turn are coming again, screen returns to normal mode.
Steps To Reproduce Start the game with 2 players, and miss the first ball.
Additional Information Position of "Cabinet" DIP switch is "Upright".

First breakage of cabinet dip/flip screen was upon driver rewrite in 0.130u3 - April 2009

The dips not working correctly is fixed as of today. The problem with offset screen when in flipscreen / cocktail mode isn't and it's also reported in bug 03837.
