Summary	07709: rchase: freeplay dipswitch information
Description	Rail Chase has a free play setting, activated by turning on all eight coin dipswitches (DSA); there should be some indication of this in MAME.
Steps To Reproduce	Set coinage dip switches to 4 coins per credit, left coin to x2, right coin to x6, and bonus adder to "Error"; free play should now be activated. Dipswitch display in service mode shows "Free Play" instead of any coin-related settings.
Additional Information	I'd fix it myself but I'm not too familiar with the way conditional dipswitches work in MAME
