Summary	07739: aburner2: Secret command input
Description	Aburner2 in stage 16 secret command does not reflect the input of the Y-axis and the command fails. (Secret command: keep start button, vulcan button and down input in stage 16) and PORT_BIT( 0x01, IP_ACTIVE_LOW, IPT_UNKNOWN ) This port is safety device sensor. It's also used to enter secret commands on the aburner2 (stage19, 21).
