Summary	07743: Wrong cursor movement after selecting the Reload All item in the cheat menu.
Description	Too many cheats in the game to fit on one screen (e.g. Bubble Bobble) and Turn on cheats away from the [Reload All] menu. (e.g. turn on Infinite Credits) If you select [Reload All] in that state, only the cursor is moved to the top. (It disappears off screen.)
