Summary 07765: sfrush, sfrushrk and clones: Distorted sound when loading from save state
Description Similar to the original no sound when loading from save state issue (ID: 07724), the sound is now distorted when loading from save state. It looks like the excellent sound streams update to 0.225 has introduced this new issue.
Steps To Reproduce 1. Set autosave 1 in mame.ini file
2. Launch MAME64.exe and load sfrush
3. Start game to confirm sound is OK.
4. Exit MAME64
5. Re-launch MAME64.exe and load sfrush again
6. Game resumes from save state but audio is distorted

This appears to be a more wide-spread problem. I had it happening with wg3dh, too, which is same driver but different sound hw and with kinst, which is different driver and different sound hardware.
EDIT: Though in the end all of those sound boards use the DMADAC device.

It seems to be worked around by adding a device_post_load to cage with update_serial() and dcs with recompute_sample_rate(), but it seems to point to a more general problem, so I'd be more comfortable if Aaron could look at this.

Should be fixed in next version. Sound streams weren't saving their sample rate.
