Summary	07807: ghostb, meikyuh: Coinage dips aren't hooked up / don't work
Description	Page 9 of the manual shows the coinage dips: https://www.gamesdatabase.org/Media/SYSTEM/Arcade//Manual/formated/The_Real_Ghostbusters_-_1987_-_Data_East.pdf It's also confirmed by Guru that they exist and work on his real PCB. In MAME they aren't hooked up. Looking in the MCU code the table is there and by changing it manually you can make the game use different coinage options.
Steps To Reproduce	Launch the game and open the dips menu. No coinage dips are available.
