Summary	07958: kollon, kollonc: Crackling/Overdriving of audio
Description	As the intro music plays and during game after start, you can notice the audio seems overdriven to the point of some crackling/clipping is heard.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information	Reported by Haze via email. "Thanks for stream David. I checked out Kollon (puzzle game) and experienced the same audio glitches with MAME versions 0.229 and 0.230. I then stepped back to MAME 0.223 and the audio glitches disappeared so regression occurred somewhere between 0.223 and 0.229."

No.18775 Haze Senior Tester Apr 29, 2021, 18:12 edited on: Apr 29, 2021, 18:13	only the parent set was demoted (because it no longer boots) actually I'm kinda surprised by the demotion, as not booting is a regression, and we don't usually demote in terms of fairly recent regressions, but I'm not going to disagree with it too much none of that is related to the sound issue anyway, which is a separate issue Aaron has indicated he'll investigate
No.18776 Haze Senior Tester Apr 29, 2021, 19:14	ideally Kollonc will also be switched to use a pre-flashed / updated BIOS, because forcing the update procedure is a pain that makes most people think that set is also not-working, when it's the set that does boot.
