Summary	08007: spangbl: Test Screen can't be accessed
Description	It's currently not possible to open the Test Screen in this specific version of the game. This video of the real bootleg in action shows a different number of lives than the default, so it should be possible to do (or perhaps the default is wrong?):
Steps To Reproduce	Boot the game, wait for the title screen to appear, press F2. The game will freeze instead of showing the menu.
