Summary 08161: bstars2: Baseball Stars 2 screen tearing
Description Whenever the screen scrolls down and to the left during gameplay, for example when throwing to first base, flickering and/or screen tearing can be observed.

Is this a regression of behavior or simply an observation? There are numerous quirks with neogeo video which are expected and may account for what you are seeing. Don't even know where to start.

Tearing is usually a video sync issue (different emulation Hz vs. actual)
Trying -waitvsync may improve this experience.

Researched the issue and it appears to be an artifact appearing on original hardware. Issue #06400 reports the same issue I had.
