Summary 08292: ALL: Running a NeoGeo game, causes MAME to display false warning in other games afterwards
Description If you run a NeoGeo game and exit, it causes MAME to display the "One or more ROMs/CHDs are incorrect. The machine may not run correctly" warning in every game afterwards, regardless of driver. The warning is gone again if you completely restart MAME.
Steps To Reproduce 1. Run a Neo Geo game.
2. Exit.
3. Run any other game.

This happens because Neo Geo has BIOSes, which results in the UI prompting the user to select one and then setting the -bios option but never removing it. The ROM loader then detects any -bios setting as inappropriate for a system without BIOSes and issues a warning based on that.
