Summary 08324: rbibb: The color of the palette is different
Description The palette is abnormal in some sets of vsnes.cpp. I have unconfirmed from which version it caused. It does not affect game play.
I confirmed it in rbibb set, but it did not occur in rbibba set. I haven't checked all the vsnes sets, but I'm having the same with vsgradius.

I'm not seeing any palette issues with either rbibb or vsgradus. Can you post images of the problem?

Also, try checking the DIP switch settings for rbibb. Make sure PPU Type is set to RP2C04-0001. Any other PPU will give strange colors—which is not a bug but a primitive form of copy protection.

Ah...as you pointed out, it was the problem of DIP-SW.
But I haven't changed anything from old version, so I think it's better to change it by default.

The default PPU for rbibb hasn't changed. If you delete your rbibb.cfg file and load rbibb it should come up with the correct default PPU and palette. Can you confirm this?

Are you still having issues with vsgradus? Can you post an image? I can't explain why that game would have palette problems.

I haven't see any movement on this from original poster and will close soon if nothing there is no response. It sounds like purely a configuration issue and not an emulation one.

I'll trust kmg has a handle on things. Closing the report.
