Summary	08329: cybrcycc: Speedometer lacks needle.
Description	In "Cyber Cycles" the analogue speedometer gauge has no needle. Although there is an additional digital speed display, this makes it hard to guess driving speed through peripheral vision. Possibly System 22 emulation lacks line draw. I don't know if this is a known bug (graphics is marked inaccurate), but due to a similar speedometer bug Sega Daytona got hysterically rated "not working" despite technically it is almost as playable with only minor glitches.
