Summary 08333: simpsons: Loss of all audio during demonstration
Description When you launch the machine and let the Demonstration play, it comes to the point where "The Simpson" title zooms at you and the scene changes - the music stop playing.

Similar to the bosconian issue 08327 where sound effects are being cut off, the same commit appears to be the cause of regression.

This issue is much more noticeable than bosconian. Good find whoever spotted this one.

That bug happen in 0.245.
Start gameplay.
After reset.
Wait for demo gameplay. In player character status screen after Bart In few seconds the sound is cut off.

Looks like the problem you describe only happens after soft reset (F3 key).
anyway, should be fixed with https://github.com/mamedev/mame/commit/5a5f2206988d577b45e7bd2d44f1ae81f4952d52
