Summary 08368: phantasm: Game speed is always half
Description The speed during game play is always half.
It does not seem to happen in other cloned versions.

This occurs only with Arcade64 and not with Official Binary.

I tried phantasm and avspirit and they both seem to react/play similarly for me.
Perhaps you can explain where you see this speed issue and how others would be able to observe this?
I'd also try running with a fresh configuration for that game and see if that fixes it. (delete/remove game or driver .cfg/.ini)

As I mentioned in my comment above, this only occurred with Arcade64, the unofficial build.
Since it did not occur in official binary, you may close the ticket. I’m sorry.

In addition:
It occurs even after deleting cfg and ini, and the cause is unknown.
To play at its true speed, the maincpu must be overclocked by 200%.

Yes. In the future to save our time and your make sure you can duplicate such issues with the mamedev.org approved integer binary.
