Summary	00840: mwalk, mwalku: Black screen after loading.
Description	Mame 0.122 and 0.121 have problems running Sega's Moonwalker. I've tried MWALK and MWALKU, both load ok but sit on a black screen. I've tried multiple resets, dip switch changes, and test mode. Nothing works. Moonwalker use an additional I8751 CPU and in 0.120u4 we have this relevant change
