Summary	08451: kikikai: Kiki Kai Kai cocktail mode screen rotation not working.
Description	When set to cocktail mode the screen doesn't rotate when the 2nd player's turn begins.
Steps To Reproduce	Set to cocktail mode. Start 2 player game. Have player 1 perish/get killed. Player 2 then begins but the screen is still facing towards player 1 and not 2.
